Who is eligible for NDIS support?

You may be eligible for the NDIS if you:

  • Are aged between 9 and 65
  • Have a permanent and significant disability
  • Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident

How do I get started with Myuna Care?

Can you help me apply for the NDIS?

Do I need to have an NDIS plan to access your services?

While most of our services are for NDIS participants, we also provide private support services if you’re not yet on the NDIS or waiting for approval.

Can I change my current provider to Myuna Care?

Absolutely! You have the right to choose your provider. We can help you make a smooth transition to Myuna Care without any disruptions to your support.

Will I have a say in how my support is delivered?

Yes. At Myuna Care, we believe in participant choice and control. You are involved in every step of the planning and decision-making process.

Are your support workers trained?

Yes, all our staff are experienced, trained, and passionate professionals who undergo regular training and background checks to ensure high-quality care.
